Free Shipping Policy:
"Free Shipping" includes large items shipped through a trucking company such as S.A.I.A.
"Free Shipping" will be curbside delivery and may require customer help in unloading to avoid extra charges by the trucking company which will be your responsibility.
Extra charges, which would be your responsibility, include using a lift gate, inside delivery or any variation from an appointment time or place previously agreed upon between you and the shipping company.. 

Freight damage claims should be immediately noted to the carrier that delivered the merchandise.
We will assist you whenever possible,
but all items leave our dock in excellent condition,
we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred in transit.
